Ashford Court

We were pleased to work with Clear & Dynamic Solutions (CDS) in conjunction with leading local agents, Nock Deighton, to support the launch of Ashford Court - a beautiful converted manor consisting of 17 apartments set in the historic village of Ashford Carbonel.

For a project like this - detail mattered. After all, CDS were working hard to preserve the beautiful Georgian architecture within their conversion and each apartment was unique.

So DCTR set out to develop a consistent brand identity and interior design that reflected this unique proposition. Where elegance & tradition, in a home where the new owners could feel like Lord & Lady of the Manor, fused with contemporary, easy living - all supported by the usual benefits & specification of a brand new home.

We created all the marketing assets needed for launch, including the brochure, floor plan inserts, site plan, and mini-website. We developed all visuals too, including the CG animation which was central to the launch campaign; acting as an elegant backdrop to the website. We also created all exterior & interior CGI stills and organised the drone shoot.
