Here's one of a series that we made for Bovis Homes and we love them for a few reasons...

🏠 - They sell the features & benefits of a home really well because they show the context of a home and the potential lifestyle
🎨 - We can animate them in any way and add graphic overlays
🥳 - Oh...and they're fun to make!
What do you need to make them?
Just like an interior CGI and an interior CGI, all we need are your plans (Elevations, site plan and floor plans) along with your FF&E spec and any interior design inspiration. We'll then work with you in 3 stages to make sure we're accurate and visualising the home you want.
Can this work with apartment buildings?
Absolutely, with all our visualisation projects the only limit is your imagination. We can apply this concept to any building or built-space, even boats!
How long do they take?
Normally we commit to a few weeks turnaround but we can turn them around quicker if there is an urgency to your project.
Are there any other benefits?
A key benefit is the fact we have modelled every room so it's fairly easy for us to add a '4th' wall and re-render a full interior CGI. We'd pass on the time-saving and it generally works out a third cheaper for each interior shot we render after the dolls house is built.
